and I'm not really sure what to build inside of it!

I'd really want to construct an actual spring reverb tank pedal, but I can't find any tanks that are shorter than 9" or so (ideally I'd need one around 7" - this box is 8 -5/8" wide)

what should I do? I was going to make a new front & back plate for it so that's not really an issue.

i could try to reuse those faders and everything. I was thinking of building an eziekiel 25:17 into it just now, among other things. but man. that may have to be a thing.

Realistic stuff is super sexy... I really appreciate the simplicity of it.
Whatever you put in there, I'd probably just reuse the faders any way.
More than likely they're 100k. Though the standards and the perc ideas are cool.
Why not go with something you wouldn't normally see with faders?

Whatever you decide to build into it doesn't matter. Just keep us up to date on the build progress :thumb: looking forward
to seeing what you do with it.

I'm all about the idea of a dual percolator. Like, that soundsd like pure bliss. A higher gain one on channel B, that'd be bangin

Make a delay with sliders. Is that even possible? lol

Why not? A variable resistor is a variable resistor?

you know, you're not the first person to recommend that.

I think i may be leaning towards a doubleperkbox (da'plerkbox?), but a delay would be interesting for sure.

But i kind of have qualms with faders:
-they are much more prone to collect dust than a standard pot, especially when on a pedalboard.
-faders are a really fragile component for something that needs to survive in a rugged environment.

but aesthetically they're fucking awesome. and it'd feel weird to make anything percolator related without faders.

maybe a series/parallel switch?
