They certainly will, but I found that there is a particular type that I used that gave a really good stomp.
The original ones started having debounce issues, where the loop would both be completed and then stop on stage. Awkward.
I just searched back 6 years and found this:

A question, though: the one I posted is normally closed, your Carling is normally open. Which one do I actually need?

Normally open is the type it needs.
