What are people thinking about this record?!

If "Dimed Out" doesn't warm the heart of every rock musician who hears it, well, frankly, the terrorists win.

Bump in lieu of deleting and remaking. No fans of this band on here? They're ILF as fuck IMO

I really liked Airing of Grievances and The Monitor was ok, but I didn't like Local Business, and I'm not sure how much I like the tracks I've heard from this one. It almost seems like things are getting a bit too polished and it's sort of putting me off a bit.

They do put on an awesome show though, catching them with Los Campesinos was one of the best shows I've seen in a long time.

This stuff is so much rawer-sounding than The Monitor?

I really like them, but not so much the music, if that makes any sense. I love what they're all about and enjoy the odd tune here and there, the production and the revolving cast of awesome musicians (big fan of Andrew Cedermark). A few years ago, the singer Patrick once started talking shit about my band at a small festival while I was stood directly in front of him, enjoying the show. That was pretty funny and more than a little surreal.

The Most Lamentable Tragedy is that this band is still releasing music.

I suppose they walked right into that one.

All jokes aside... damn this album is really really good.

Although I feel like I need to dig "I Lost My Mind" out of my head with a fork.

It's been three days... I think the title of the song is gonna come true...

Didn't see this, sorry. We were flavour of the month and he was clearly annoyed by that. We played at the same festival and I went to see them before we played. They've since become hot shit, so he had the last laugh. :thumb:

Haha! I guess they have. Titus are gonna blow up, big time... but I've been saying that :p

What's your band? Er, your old band...?
