What speakers for unloaded Traynor cab?

I'm picking up an unloaded 4x12 Traynor cab this weekend for super cheap. I believe it is the matching cab for the yba-1 custom special.
What speakers should I throw in here? I'm sorta on a budget. Will be playing anything from teh dooms, to post rock, shoegaze, and surf.

What's your budget? And what amp or amps are you using it with, and what's the most wattage you need to handle? Any other cabs in the mix?

For budget, Jensen MOD series stuff always impresses for the price.
I just got some Eminence Gov's and the increase in volume is worth the smallish increase in price.

I will be using this along with a Fender PA100 and a Sunn 4x12 reissue. As far as my budget goes, I'm not looking for the best but good on the cheap would be nice. I'm getting the cab for $30 bucks so this isn't a big investment or anything.
