Eminence Square-Backs??

I'm looking at an ampeg 4x12 on craigslist and I noticed it has eminence square-backs. Are they any good? Or should I also invest more money into better speakers?
Vintage ampeg cab from late 60's early 70's?
Bombproof and awesome-sounding cabs, but the stock square magnet eminence in these are not great sounding.
