So the Harmonic Energizer is on the way out, shipping to a happy buyer tomorrow. On the way in to replace it and pay my Josh Homme fanboi due...
It's less than half the size of my Systech, and should cover everything I ask the Systech to do, which is basically bring the doom and boom for heavy riffing. If I was a get down on the floor and twiddle the knobs kind of guy I would have kept the Sytech, but I'm totally stoked to be getting this in now too. Bitter sweet and all that shit.
Here's Brett making me happy about my decision and hope Chicago Music Exchange is a fast shipper.

Yeah, it's not the monster the Systech is, but it's gonna make losing it a hell of a lot easier.

I had a similar, but more extreme pedal I just sold to fund this (Systech Harmonic Energizer). I needed to free up space on my board, and could also turn a very healthy profit in the meantime without losing any functionality, so it was a no brainer.

Congrats! I've got the maestro Mpf-1 it's based on and it's a killer pedal with more functionality but it's also a lot larger enclosure. Great for tone sculpting.

Nice. Truthfully it always worried me having such a rare and expensive piece of gear on my board. If I was making money with music it would be one thing, but I've got other stuff I want. Like a Gibson J35, and the profits from the Systech/PDF-1 switch are going towards that.

Yeah I'm glad things worked out for you on your sale, but I can't believe you'd get grid of the systech it does so much more than the maestro...but if you werent using it to its full potential I guess it makes sense...I still would have held onto it as an investment maybe. I've thought of grabbing the PDF-1 to have a more roadworthy option but really those maestros are built like tanks. You should post a demo

PDF-1 is super awesome dude. It's one of my always-on pedals, for sure.

Nice! I've been thinking about getting one of these for ages, seems like it could get some great sounds with fuzz. Love how they look too.

Yeah, I already miss the Systech though.
I need Tuesday to get here so I can ease my pain.
