Pedal condition:
Allows bypass signal
LED always on
When engaged, super low output. I can hear a tiny bit of signal.

Any thoughts of where to look first?

First make sure there isn't something shorting across the switch or circuit, if all is well, then my next guess would be the switch itself.

Sounds to me like the switch has failed.
