Thats a new Squier, yo, and it beats the hsit out of most of the custom shop stuff I played t NAMM.

the new squiers 'are' pretty beastly
so are the new MIMs, but I've always been a MIM fan...perhaps because i was MIM O.o

So I plan on doing my demos in the future with the strat, because its the most common guitar in the world. in a "more standard" tuning, because low tuned guitars are confusing for some.

And I slapped some (really benign) fuckin politics on it, so if any of the "viewing public" have a problem with musicians being political they can SUCK MAH DICK, I"M A SHARK!

The thing is, people are SO pigheaded about these new Squiers. Any time I tell people that the tele is nearly as good as a nice new custom shop tele they look at me like I'm a jackass. Someone even had the audacity to come up to me and tell me "Hey you know those squiers you mentioned? I tried one. They suck!" and then I asked them what Squier it was they said "The Affinity or something I don't know, whatever one you mentioned."

in 5 years they're going to be like $700 on ebay.
