Delay with these features; 100% wet, two delay times? weird

I have a Timefactor and I'm really only using it for a couple of old presets I said before I sold my last TF. The presets are about 75% wet, 2 delay times, and has this smear kind of melting thing going on as delay trails. Anything that can get near there for around $130 or less on the use market? I don't need presets or fancy bells and whistles.

I honestly don't know about any other pedal than the Mobius Strip that could do two times at once
not sure about the Mix control on those though

If you could get someone to build it for you, the 1776 Multiplex kit has a couple of models that have 2 delay times. Not precisely sure what you mean by the smear thing without reference, but the Multiplex is modeled on old tape delays, so it's got plenty of weird going on.

Yea, not sure what you're gunning for - are you talking two discrete delay lines at once?
Digi Time Bender will do up to 6 heads, selectable ratio or tap/strum the head relationships, will go 100% wet. Stereo, weird when you play with the built-in harmonizer and various options, and in the price range you're looking for.
Past that to go for extreme control I'd just go straight to a rack something or other - do not pass go, do not collect $200.
The venerable Quadraverb+ will do multihead until you puke, and has a plethora of options, < $75 or less.

Also, if you have the Timefactor, and it does exactly what you want, why are you looking to replace it? Are you looking for something smaller?

Not sure if it does 100% wet as its been awhile since i've had one, but might want to look for an old dod 585b dual delay, fits most of your criteria. Its also analog and does some unique oscillating that I havent been able to coax out of other analog boxes. Not sure what they are going for these days, but while I'm thinking about it I may try to hunt one down. I love crusty old delays.

if I understand correctly; the delaylab can have 2 delaytimes (like 300 ms left channel, 1000ms right channel) with a load of other shit you don't need. you can find em for pretty cheap.
edit: I guess I misunderstood, but the DL can also do 2 separate delay times in mono, parallel or series

I think the delay times are in parallel on the Timefactor.
I want something that does a kind of multi-tap thing (at least two delay signals, two is enough) and maybe some added parameters to control and the two delay signals interact (smear) as they decay.
So the initial delayed notes are apart and then they kind of meld into one.

Something smaller. I don't use it that often other than for more huge/long delays for a kind of pad thing.

Check this out:
The delays typically operate in parallel which is to be expected from a stereo delay pedal. For guitarists who prefer to use 2 delays in mono and feed one delay into the other, there is an easy solution to achieve series operation with the TimeFactor. Use an extra patch cable to create this signal chain: Guitar → TimeFactor Left Input → TimeFactor Left Output → TimeFactor Right Input → TimeFactor Right Output → Amp. Be sure to set the Dly Mix to “A10+B10” for a consistent volume level on both delays. Now Delay A will feed into Delay B.
Good results can be achieved by starting with dotted 1/8th notes on Delay A and 1/8th notes or 1/16th notes on Delay B. Keep the Feedback low to feel out the rhythm you’re looking for. Boosting Feedback A will let the rhythmic delay pattern repeat while boosting Feedback B will serve to create an atmospheric wash of ambience behind your playing. Parallel operation sounds great with the DigitalDelay, VintageDelay, and TapeEcho effects in particular. Also, the Reverse delay in series flips your playing backwards and forwards for some inspiring ambient effects that I’ve never heard before. Keep the Xnob control at higher settings when using Reverse for smoother results. Since you’re feeding one delay into another, leaving the various modulation settings, including Wow and Flutter on TapeEcho, relatively low will produce (arguably) more musical results. (Disclaimer: there is no mention of using this series operation “hack” in the TimeFactor manual, so do so at your own risk and be sure to set the Delay Mix, Feedback, and (Tape Echo) Saturation low as you experiment. But with that being said, using the pedal this way has great potential to help many a guitarist find their signature delay sound.)

It's sounds like what he needs is a Multiplex.
