:idk: you aren't really making a whole lot of sense dude. I take a fuck of a lot of drugs all the time, but I still try to make some sense.

If you think about it a normal 3 piece band is like a watered down orchestra

When I'm using a pedal for the first time, I normally start with the knobs at midnight and go from there. :idk:

Me too.

Wonder how many pedal makers design their pedals so that they sound at their awesomest when everything is at noon? According to how I set my knobs, few to none, but it'd be pretty sensible...

Personally, I like my settings to be set. I find that when my settings are not set, they are completely inefficient.

I think the only knobs I start at noon would be tone knobs. I usually have some sort of idea of what a pedal will do and set it based on how I initially think about achieving that then explore from there.

I will say that I hate when people demo pedals and start with everything at noon. It gives me the impression that they dont know what they're doing

I know the 141g's and the Cosmichorus's manual both have their standard settings with all the relevant knobs at noon, so it's not unheard of. :idk:

Hmm. My own stereotyping then. Seen one to many a bad demo.
