TL;DR: 2 guys started it, eventually one wanted out. The one who wanted out wouldn't let the other keep the name and go on business as usual so they closed down the name. The guy who wanted to keep going started up Diplomat cabs.

Dictator cabs/amps, I believe. If they weren't so expensive I'd be hitting them up for a vertical 2x12 right now. They look so nice!
