Is anyone able to identify this garageband effect?

Okay so i know this sounds a tad ridiculous but there's an effect on one of the amps on garageband that sounds so cool i must own it. It must be based on something specific. I'm thinking it's some kind of envelope filter or ring mod with delay. If anyone could point me in the right direction i would be eternally grateful.
Here is a sound clip:

Thanks a lot

Can be a bunch of things to get there. LFO enabled delay (like an old Boss DE-200/Digi RDS rack), add a little vibrato, and pretty much there.
LFO-controlled delay with modulation, but I don't think any *one* pedal that's not a multi will get it past about 90%.

Delay with exp control over the time will do that...

I'd do it with a ring mod with the frequency controlled by an expression pedal plus any delay and spring reverb sound.
