Found a slightly dirty made in U.S.A. example at a local pawn shop for $14.99, sans battery cover. Worth it?

Not worth it... Just buy it and send it to me. 
Seriously, a pretty cool noisemaker, especially for $15. They go for over $100 on ebag.

And to think just yesterday I was kicking myself for not buying some Johnson overdrive pedal for $40.
