Just played a Fulltone Octafuzz, loved it, don't want reverse polarity, boo hoo. Sounds like it has the tightness of a superfuzz, texture of a tone bender. Octavia was alright, pretty typical octavia sound.
But yeah, help me out.

Dudes from an hour north of where I live. Never tried it but if you're interested I'll help you out (page in swedish etc). Costs a bit under 1000 SEK which is a decent price here but probably expensive compared with the North American market.

The Chicago Iron clone is center negative. They're also a relatively butt load of $.
Dr. Tony Balls also makes a center negative clone (the Octaballs). It's considerably less $.
GGG has a center negative kit. Even less $.
I'm sure there're others.

Good suggestions, I also stumbled upon the Malekko wolftone Helium pedal... They mention the Tycobraeheheh in their description, so I am guessing it is a super expanded version. I get a wicked discount on Malekko through work... might try that out first.

Helium is a very versatile octave pedal

Chaos is a lot of awesome too.

If UG approves how can I not go for it?

There's nothing Octavia about the Malekko Chaos, it sounds very thin and harsh, can be cool but if you're looking for an Octavia style sound I'd definitely look the other way.

This. There was maybe one or two useable sounds in there.

The thing is that I do not want it for the octavia sounds, I like the mod Fulltone did to the Octafuzz that made it a tight normal fuzz. That is what I am looking for. The octavia portion is whatever. I am thinking the Helium, with all of its options, has to have some solid normal fuzz tones locked inside of it.

I keep the HBE UFO as my mainstay octavia because the regular fuzz sound is so good.

That's a tone machine actually. Great pedal

Try the Octron...it's the best octave pedal.
