I love playing with sounds and tones above everything else like melody and structure. As I sit there trying to create crappy lo fi, out of tune, extended guitar type sounds, it strikes me as odd to be doing this on a $2000+ guitar.

Save your money and one day you can do the same thing on a 4000$+ guitar.

I'm totally tempted to buy one of these for $200. The only thing that is really stopping me is that it doesn't have a tone knob. I generally like to roll my tone down. Way down. So that may annoy me.

I'm just a sucker for gear. I've got a $3,000 fancy guitar and I've got a useless strat-copy that my father traded with a stoner for a t-shirt. Love them both.

Just wire a bigass cap between the volume and output.

I don't know how to do that, but imma sure my local guitar tech does. Thanks for the pro-tip.

Yeah, I wanted the seafoam green tele, but that is out of stock. Not sure how long until they restock them. The white one would be my next choice.

Yeah I like that one too. Someone just sold one of those last night on Reverb.com. It was up for just a few hours before it sold I believe.

I like that there's no bridge plate on the Tele and the pickup sits right in the body.

I've been checking out those double cut LP Junior style Slick's since the first batch was sold out. Now that they have a 2 pu model, I'd like to get one and swap one of their gold foil humbuckers in the neck position and add a tone control. The discription says that the body is pre-routed for a tone knob control if you want to add one.

We should all buy one and form some sort of club.
I'm pissed that I didn't think to ask my girlfriend to buy me this for Xmas. I asked her for a Raymond Pettibon art book which is cool, but certainly ain't as cool as a guitar.

I would have asked around for Xmas as well.
