So I have no idea if anyone here enters gear giveaways and I don't mean to be spammy at all but I just came across this one and I hope someone here wins

No, that means they were forced out of the lease on their property and Vice is moving into the space.

If you are renting a property, not to own, and someone makes an offer to buy, and you've been renting to the same people for years, with no rent-to-own prospects, you're gonna sell to the offer. They aren't being moved out by force, just can't rent there again.
