So I guess it's become a Kickstarter project:
https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/18 ... dio-looper

The dude seems to have upped the price on it too, $375 and another $50 to ship to EU, fuck that, I really wanted one but I don't know whether I'm gonna go for it anymore...

Didn't investigate but i don't see The Point: expensive, large, 2 switches for effects (wtf) instead more looper control, no midi clock divider/multiplier/looplength definition etc.

On The positive side: i like the Color.

Agreed. I feel like I'm missing something, and the video does a really great job at explaining nothing

Makes me feel glad I'm too dumb to use a looper.

I would think that each effect button can be assigned to give you more looper control.

I was ready to click 'pay' five years ago on this thing for the simple reason that you could retrigger into a continuous loop, whereas the DL4/M9 has it only as 'play once'.

I've since had my M9 modded by JHV3 to do exactly that, with an extra switch that sends a midi signal so I can retrigger as many times as I like with play once, but then allow the loop to keep playing instead of stopping. So I don't need the LP2 anymore. Looks cool though, I hope he pulls through.

That actually seems pretty badass. If it wasn't huge as shit and expensive as hell I'd be into it.

if he reeled in the price to about $300-350 then I might bite. I get why its probably priced like that, but at the price I'd rather get a DL4.

I'm glad I didn't wait and went for the boomerang III.
