Best Looper/Sampler for seamless loop switching

I happen to own one of the original Boomerang pedals, the kind where you can instantly stop the current loop and play a totally new one rather than hold down a button to get rid of the first loop. The main issue with it is that it can't handle how loud my gear gets, it can't really even handle how hot my pickups are, honestly 
. Also, I can't use it in true stereo, which is a huge bummer for me. So, is there anything out there like the Boomerang that's stereo? Excluding the Boomerang III, of course. Preferably under $400, or that I can find under $400 used.
