So, North Florida is currently flooding right now, for a change of pace, and I'm stuck in a library due to a flashflood warning. I thus want some rainy music to keep me company, you guys have any suggestions?
Currently listening to Hospice by The Antlers, the only album that's made me tear up.

Driven many foggy, rainy days listening to that EP. In fact, I bought it on a really cold foggy Fall day, I remember tracking it down at a shop and it blew me away

I see Mogwai. Nadja can also do some rainy days, although for me they're mostly snowy day music

Akira Kosemura, Haruka Nakamura and that kind of stuff works for me.

Blade Runner's soundtrack is good, too.
