help me purchase a new delay

Hello friends. I need your wonderful advice.
After 3 years, I've finally decided to try a new delay. I've used a dmm, dd3, echolution, and m9 in the past and currently have an el cap and echo park. I never fully bonded with the el cap but I do love the 3d feel and the ability to do some awesome ambient stuff with the repeats past 3. The extra features are also perfect. The Echo park sounds great esp in the analog mode, but it gets lost in a band mix.
I think I prefer analog voiced delays. I dont care if its digital or bbd.
Requirements:
600ms
High headroom
Not too dark or bright
Washy or dreamy decays
$200 or less
Ideal but not deal breakers:
Tap tempo
Trails
Modulation
Stereo outs
Self Oscillation
What are your recommendations

? Also it would go straight into an amp after dirt and fuzz.

The Black Fountain is a great sounding delay.
It's a bit dark, but I personally don't think it's too dark.
The modulation sounds really good.
It has 800 ms of delay and sounds plenty dreamy to me.
The ILF Day Delay is another really good one.
Also a bit dark, but it's got plenty of great sounds and wackiness.

+1 on the ILFDD. There's one in the BTS-section right now.
If not, try to score a DBA echo dream 2 second hand. Sounds like it could work for you, if a tad on the dark side.

Digitech Timebender.
Criminally underrated, does everything you ask and more.
Tone knob for repeats, self-oscillates, various modes that sound damn good (or not, if that's what you want), and bonus built in harmonizer for the delay if you want to go to crazytown.

Way huge supa puss?
You won't get a used DMM for $200 unless really lucky

Honestly, you could easily find a used Boss RE-20.
They're absolutely brilliant for what you're describing.

I can't think of anything that fits your criteria better, considering you already have an El Cap.

So many awesome recommendations! Thanks y'all. Keep em coming.
I'm actually thinking of ditching the El Cap. intothegroove, who makes the Echo Degrader, lives in the same city as me so I'm hoping I can try one of those out

. Looks like something that might work for me.
The ILFDD is also very tempting...The time bender as well (could be one of those I'm done with delay pedals, pedal).
Anyone here prefer the empress tape delay over the el cap?

While it doesn't do self oscillation very well, the DD-20 is my all time favorite delay. It won't win you any cool guy points, but it sounds awesome.
