Some days I like some better then others but I can always make them work for something...
If I have delay or rvb. or even chorus I can usually make any Dirt Pedlol Gaze enough...
Are there any Dirt Pedlols that are just completely unusable???

I dont know...but i think its how you play/use the pedal that's most important in getting good sound. in fact i like finding the apparent "weakness" in a pedal and exploiting it to good affect.

Of course... CountryDisco requires Fingerless Gloves and a good Bass Fuzz with clean blend such as an EHX Bass Big Muff...

I mostly agree... but if you can get toanz out of the OG Rocktron Rampage you are a better man than I. I'd send it to you for the hell of it, but it weighs a ton.
What I love about it:
Massively high noise floor
Despite this, the gain range is fairly limited and the sustain isn't super rad.
3 band eq delivers muddy thump, useless scoop>>nasal honk and blanket over the amp>>ear bleed.
It could maybe work for old Pantera covers, with a noise gate, or maybe 2nd wave black metal. Unfortunately I don't want to do either of those sounds, and if I did I would choose to roll with something different.

Funny you say that, I have a Rocktron Rampage and I like my tone. ;D
Actually, I run a Metal Muff into a Rampage, I should be having the worst tone ever imagined.

Alright, Goroth is partially right. Recorded alone the Rampage is garbage, but in the context of a recording it can sound quite nice. I'd show an example from my unfinished work on soundcloud, but they are all all under 20,000 layers of effects. Or don't sound like guitars at all.
All distortion came from the Metal Muff, I was going to do a run with my new Uglyface, but eh, that's for later.
Now I'm GASing for a new amp.

I'm going to have to strongly disagree and agree
At the same time...
But really, some dirt pedals have weird attack/decay/EQ/fizzy/cracklyness/whatever that gets under my skin and it doesn't inspire me to play through it.
At the same time, if I play through too many dirt pedals in a row it all starts to sound the same. Kinda
