I'm trying to find some black control plates for my jag, a quick google turns up nothing. Maybe I should just clean the ones I have and finish them somehow? Anyone know how do to that?

I ordered them! Once I see how they look I'll probably order a pickguard. I think an andozied grey or black one could be cool. Or I might think or something more creative

Obviously a chrome pickguard, since your control plates are black. :P

It's like a creamy white color with a rosewood fretboard.

Black or anno grey could be super awesome then! I'm also a huge sucker for brown tort guards on white. Maybe even mint against those black plates?!?

Recently I mixed cream pickup covers with a black guard and white knobs - was not a fan off the different shades of white ya know?
But hey, that's just me!
Very excited to see it come together though
