Does anyone know of a true bypass looper that'll switch the channel on your amp as well? What I envision is having fuzz pedals set up so that when you turn them on, the clean channel of my amp gets turned on at the same time. So I'm playing a heavy crunchy tone on my amp's distortion channel and I want to switch to a fuzzy tone... I stomp on a fuzz pedal and it changes to the amp's clean channel with that one stomp as well. Is this even possible? I imagine for me, this would be the most useful purpose of owning a true bypass looper, other than tone preservation.

Well, I [i[can[/i] build loopers, but I don't sell anything I build.

If you know how to solder, this would be a really easy project. If you wanted it with no LED, you would need 5 jacks, a 3PDT, an enclosure, and some wire. If you wanted an LED, you would need 5 jacks, a 4PDT, an LED, a resistor, an enclosure, some wire, and either a battery clip or a DC jack. You would also need to be able to drill holes in the enclosure.

This is assuming you have an amp that uses a standard footswitch for channel switching, which they practically all do.
