Does this mean Mudvayne is influential?

Thanks, D.o.S., I don't think I've ever seen a photo of Mudvayne before...

and hopefully I'll never see one again.

Fuck. I hated Mudvayne then, and I hate them just as much now.
Although, I had forgotten about them.

I took the vid as a nod to the fact that every early my chem magazine photo shoot had blood somewhere in it

Deadsy is/were a band from the late 90's early 00's. Cher and Duane Allman's kid playing sort of heavily detuned/doomed out synth pop. Like Type O Negative meets Nadja to cover Gary Newman. Also the target of one of my most favorite Rolling Stone burns of all time: "they sound like a dying Flock of Seagulls." Which is probably more of a compliment 'round these parts than the RS offices.

Holy shit I haven't listened to, or thought about, this band in ages. Still backed. Fuck the haters, band was ahead of their time. Also, Troy Van Lewen wrote this first jam, and he doesn't do bad things.

Those pics reminded me of old Deadsy pics from the mid 90s too..

Deadsy is that band of my youth that I never got over, never really found any music I like as much as Deadsy 15 years later. I had no idea that Troy Van Lewen wrote Mansion World, that blows me away! Thanks DoS!

I named the Elements that as a small tribute to an awesome song.. I think it's about Dune..

This thread is awesome for reminding me about Deadsy. Just ordered commencement for $.01 plus shipping on eBay :omg:
I'll also say that I still enjoy Orgy from time to time.

I think it's about Dune as well.

Also +1 to The Elements. I really need to try your pedal sometime.
