What does it mean if LEDs flash when my board has no power?

So my pedalboard is powered by ac adapters plugged into a power strip with a surge protector built in. When I am not playing, I simply turn off the master power on the power strip. Sometimes though, an LED on one or two of my pedals will flash on and off very quickly. Sometimes once or twice a minute. Does this mean that my surge protector is bad? Or is this something I shouldn't even be worried about? :idk:

It's just the tone fairies settling in for the night.

I don't know.

Are they only flashing right after you power down?

No I think it's pretty much all the time, but only 1 or 2 flashes per minute. Only my SA manta and Empress Trem seem to be doing it...

Do those pedals also have a battery in them? (Not sure they even take batteries.)

If so, it might indicate the battery is low. (But having them plugged in might negate that.)

Did you check the manuals for those pedals to see what this might indicate?

Are there batteries in the pedals by any chance?

Nope! None of my pedals are currently powered by batteries.

Do you think that continuing to use it will harm any of my gear?

if it's intermittently switching on in tiny bursts, i'd be afraid it would short out and cause a small fire or some shit. plus, it might die whilst playing. probably not good for pedals to be constantly 'blipped' with power too, i'd def replace it as soon as possible.
