I was only able to catch the first 15 seconds dude to my shitty connection at the moment, but damn that sounds good. What reverb is that? Sounds so cold and lonely.

Thanks, duder  the VI is awesome. I can't believe how much it changed my sound and rig.

The reverb is a Strymon Timeline d-Tape patch through the Eventide Space. I guess that's how I make that kind of washy verby sounds.

Yes, it's a Kaoss Pad Quad. I started by reversing the loops on the boomerang and then used the LPF on them. At the end I played with the wet/dry on the KP to let a tiny bit of signal through.

This totally rules. I've been considering getting a Bass VI for a while now. Might hit up my local guitar shop tomorrow and see if they have any in stock!

wow, absolutely fantastic :)

i guess the Bass VI really must open up new territories and bring new inspiration... can't even imagine hwo "different" it has to be... that's why it's a bit scary for me :D

Thanks guys, that's very nice to hear :)

@DarkAxel: I was a bit worried too when I first at ordered it as I thought a baritone would maybe suit me more. I was really into the idea of a very fat guitar. Turns out the Bass VI really can do that and I probably would have been disappointed with a bari for lacking fatness and low end. It's easy enough to play. I mean, from the first day I could switch firm the guitar to VI and back to the guitar without even thinking about it.

Have you used it in a band setting doing stuff like this? I really want a VI to do a two piece playing ambient/droney stuff. What dirt are you using?

Not exactly a band setting no. Well, no drummer involved, I like Mainstage better...
Dirt is from a Catalinbread WIIO you can see on the board and at the end I get fuzzy with Black Arts Toneworks Pharaoh.
