Well the mini is based on the fuck and hasn't been around as long so i think it would probably be more accurate to say the fuck.
Definitely a lot of mini's around now though. For a good reason.

Runners up would probably be the Elements and Algal Bloom and TAFM.

I would say its a toss up between the fuck/mini or the agal bloom.

Either a fuck/mini, agal bloom, or elements

For overdrive: fuck/mini
For distortion: elements
For general fuzz: algal bloom
For ring mod: Randy's revenge
For chorus: Cosmichorus

There is no clear consensus on delay, flange, phase, octave, reverb, or anything else.

MY favorite is The Great Destroyer. It's the pedal that lured me to this site and it's the fuzz I use the most.
As far as non fuzz, the DE KP.

This post is truth. Especially delay. A lot of guys rocking cool delays that have different pros and cons.

If you're in the doom room you can replace any and all of the above with anything from BAT or Dunwitch. Dunwich. Dunwhich. And then someone can chime in and say Ape Blaster.
:D

You know that innocent looking stone over in the corner of the doom room? Yeah, it's a palantír.
