I was looking for a good octaver pedal (whitout distortion or fuzz, just the octaver)... besides ehx POG ... any idea?

I think it can do clean octaves.

The pollyanna can't do clean octaves. The upper octave is really just octavia fuzz.
There's the boss PS-5/PS-3 series? The digitech whammy. Um....can't think of any other than EHX.

Is an analog octave up even possible without a bit of distortion?
I didn't expect the Pollyanna to be all out fuzz, though.
I know EHX has an analog octave up/down on the Micro Synths...

As far as i could tell the octave up on the micro synth was pretty much a octavia style fuzz too. I mean it wasn't mean or anything, very synth like, but still reminded me of an octavia.

I've got both the bass microsynth and the POG, and the POG is the much cleaner of the two. The octave up on the microsynths always sounds square-wavey to me, whereas the octave up on the deluxe POG (I haven't tried the micro POG) sounds somewhat unnatural, but a cleaner sort of unnatural.

Green Ringer is like a clean octave up/ ring mod type of sound. And the vex johnny octave is 2 octave down without the fuzz/dist.

I use my Digitech Bass Synth Wah for octave down. Not too bad at all. I have a whammy too.

Digitech Whammy does a shit load of very useful stuff (and yes it's clean). Bit of a tone sucker though, might have to get it true bypassed depending on how picky you are.

That's basically your option there. Or the HOG, or the micro POG, or the Whammy.

Whammy's nice. I put mine in a true bypass loop because it definitely sucks mad tone. But then again, I hear a tone suck from my EHX SMMw/H. Maybe I'm just schizo.

Or maybe your hearing is just more than human, like Daredevil or something
