Worst customer care ever!

My name is terry Fusco I ordered not one but two fuzz pedals that where bunk. One didn't even come with a transistor! I've tried calling e mailing. Nothing. I would like a new mammoth fuzz #3 or my money back. It's been months!! I talked to on the phone a while ago and you seemed cool. But this is not.
