Anyone have one of the mix CDs from old Effector 13 pedals?

I remember a song from probably 10 years ago that was on a mix CD included with an Effector 13 pedal I bought. I cant find the CD and dont know if I still have it anywhere but does anyone here have one of those CDs?
I think the song may have been called "Touch the Sky" and had a lot of samples of a politician speaking IIRC. I know that's incredibly vague but if anyone can help that would be great!
