Which ones would you suggest for single coils (jaguar). Bought random from ebay year ago, while it clears up and retains my treble when I rolled back.. the taper of my volume sweep isn't smooth, more like from 0 went straight to 4. Wondering if I put a wrong values or the whole thing wasn't right.. or even the volume pot should be changed? I don't know shit about these things hahah

Been a while since I did this mod but I don't remember it affecting the sweep of a volume pot. Not saying it couldn't with whatever cap value though, I'm no expert.
Also my jag (no treble bleed mod) volume pot has a really uneven sweep until the amp is turned up pretty high. Not sure what that's about but that's what it does, maybe that's happening here?

Maybe you should try a logarithmic pot? Sounds like you might have a linear taper pot. (Or do I have that backwards?)

Whichever you have, you should try the other. Some guitars use lin pots for volume, some use log. Different guitars/amps/people prefer one or the other but there's no hard and fast rule.
