Yes, but they're only practice amps. Sounds great. Hard not to sound great in stereo. You should do it.

Yeah, I used to run a SS Acoustic head along with a Peavey Rock Master back in the day. Was awesome

I just recorded an EP with a stereo rig of a Rivera Knucklehead (100w bassman) into a 4x12, alongside an Acoustic 450 (170w SS head) into an 8x10. So damn nice.
I generally prefer the sound of Tube + SS rather than two of one variety but it depends on the specific amps too i guess. I like having a 'main' tube amp and a solid state that sounds flatter and doesn't change the tonal character very much, to add thickness/depth.

Sort of, my Peavey Deuce has a solid state preamp and tube power amp. I paired it wi my Classic 50. The Deuce was tuned to be glassy and flat, and my 50 was tuned for mids and bass. Sounds sexy, but next week I'm going to try playing mono and see if it is worth lugging two amps on stage,

I've done it with Mig100 and Acoustic 125. Sounded awesome but as stated earlier, stereo sounds good. I don't really think there's an advantage to pairing those specifically. However, stereo is just wonderful.

Yeah, I used to do that all the time, sounded glooooorious. Fender half stack and loud bass rig hooked up to my board using a passive a/b/y peddle. The bass amp (GK RBIII and Ampeg 410HLF) didnt sound too hot on guitar by itself, obviousy. But that dry solid state tone blended with my tube amp work excellent. Downtuned geetars, a baritone, the right dirt peds...Good times:)
