You can also create waveforms that interpolate between two types, and make fine adjustments to the waveform. Use special sound-shaping techniques such as flanging, chorus, vibrato, doubling, and Doppler effects.
A wide range of delay times is available, from 1 millisecond to long delays with a maximum of 4,000 milliseconds.
Sync mode lets you specify the delay time in terms of 11 different note values ranging from whole notes to 32nd notes.
A total of 80 programs (40 banks x 2 channels) can be saved.
LCR function lets you create multi-tap delay effects.
MIDI connectors are provided, allowing you to trigger program changes from an external device, or to transmit program data as a bulk dump to and from other units.
Seamless bypass and program changes allow you to retain the reverberant sound when switching sounds.
Reliable true bypass design
An optional expression pedal can be used to control multiple effect parameters simultaneously

Apparently the Union Tube and Transistor More is just the preamp from this which has me interested but it seems like it might be a cool version of all the big delays every major pedal company seems to be bringing out these days.

but at the same time I had to get rid of the Delaylab because all its positives were drowned out by how stupidly unwieldy the thing felt. This thing is basically the same size.

Of that era's rack stuff, I'd rather have a Yamaha SPX-90 or Roland rack delay.

I was pretty sure when the Univibe reboot thing came out that it was the same basic housing as the Delaylab. Looks the same here. It is a lot of floor space to use unless you need all that space for knobs and stomps, which this guy seems to move a bit more towards.

Now the $99 clearance prices on the Delaylab are making more sense. I figured Korg might be putting the successor under its own brand after the Univibe. I kind of fear to look at the OMG-gams that must be under way for all the P&W guys at TGP.

MIDI connects, though no details on function that I can find yet. I'm getting towards expecting some midi function on any delay/mod/reverb pedal that claims to be pro and demands a premium price. Lousy patch banking on the Delaylab would be a bit of a hassle if I gigged.

$399 street is maybe steep. Still want at this point, but I can wait for it to go cheap.

Yea, $399 street is frankly outrageous.

It's not a TimeFactor, and even that is ridiculous but it's Eventide.

Honestly, that is why I had my Flashback X4 repaired instead of replacing it. The simplicity to cool sounds ratio is perfect.

Totally agree, my friend. I even bought a "torx 10" screwdriver to help maintain it....

The delaylab is complicated at first.......over time I've grown to like it quite a bit and can make it do what I want quickly.

This looks even more awesome, and would love to try it. I like complicated things.

Yeah, the third footswitch went out on mine. Mine is secondhand and the serial number is missing, so I was surprised they worked on it. They replaced all four switches and sent me four spares. I already have a Torx set, so I'm feeling pretty safe.

Seems pretty silly, but I do love how it looks. Plus it has a Kosmic (WITH A K) setting.

Did anyone else find it funny that, when advertising the Nuvibe, Korg mentioned it uses "79 TRANSISTORS"?

I like how it looks. I'm trying to off the delaylab but some reason still want this. I think the modulation programming tickles my pink.
