Bit of wiring help needed ;p

Found an old switch in a draw and decided to true bypass my Small Stone because you can hear it swirling even when bypassed >.>
Question is how do I work out which wire is the Effect In and Effect Out?
I'm using this diagram.
The red wires on the switch go to the output and input jacks like the diagram and I assume the yellow wire going to the board must be either the Effect Out or Effect In.
Here there are two wires going from the input jack to the board and one must be the other Effect In/Effect Out? But which one is it???
