Navi needs tour help

It's gotten down to the gritty. We have some holes in the tour with New Turks that need help. If any of you have friends that could help or if you could help it'd be great.
7/23-7/24 NYC dates. We were talking to a promoter but he won't answer when I asked him about the venue but seemed to be setting the show up(23rd). We were working on another show for the 24th at the silent barn but this is getting murky as well.
7/25 Baltimore, md. All my friends decided not to respond and now I have no one to help for a show. Any leads would be very appreciated.
