As you all say, i really don't care about these kind of stories.

It does make a statement about how every thing is based on image and age.

She doesn't fit the image so every one was surprised that she has talent.

In my cynical way I wonder how far she will get, knowing she will eventually loose to some pretty thing with no talent.
