Help me troubleshoot my first build (Bazz Fuss)

Just built this up using a 7 min fuzz PCB. Circuit works fine on its own but fucks up when enclosed. Output is way low. I can get sound through it with my ebow but hardly anything just picking. I've switched out trannies, changed the orientation, and redid almost all solder joints. One thing I am noticing however is when powered via my Godlyke, no other pedals can be turned on. That seems peculiar and I'm guess has something to do with my problem...
Any ideas? Would pics help?
It might be worth noting some mods I did. I have two input caps on a spdt switch. I'm not using an LED -- so PCB straight to adapter jack (no resistor). Also, I didn't have enough mono jacks so I'm using a stereo for the input, even though there is no 9v battery terminal.

Could you have the + and gnd going to the dc jack switched?

It looks correct. The L tab is ground and the topmost pole is positive. Could it be a faulty dc jack? No need for a resistor going to the jack?
It also pops pretty loudly when turning on.

I just tried both a new jack and a battery and no dice. New jack still won't allow any other pedal to be turned on. This is insanely frustrating. Could a switch issue cause this? I've gone over the wiring multiple times and it all looks sound.

Ok...some progress. The dc jack, per the wiring diagram I am following for the 3pdt, is getting two pos. wiries, on from the PCB and one from the switch. I noticed that if I remove the one from the switch and just leave the one from the PCB, everything works as it should. Wut. What the hell am I missing here? Can I just leave the pos. wire from the switch off?

What "positive wire from the switch"? You mean the one for the LED? You don't connect that if you're not using one

Yup. Figured that out. Thanks!
