This would be a nice solution for me. I have 2 guitar rooms - one doesn't have recording ability. And I often forget the genius riffing I come with in that room. This would be a nice simple solution. Although I wonder if I should just spend twice as much and get one of those Tascam portable 4 track recorders in case I ever needed that extra functionality. Either way, I like it.

As cool as it is, are people actually gonna sift through hours of recording to find the things they played and liked?
I just write stuff down, maybe make a voice memo on my phone if i'm really paranoid about forgetting it.
Again, this is just me, but it feels like they're inventing more problems that don't actually exist. It's probably just me.

At least it's not terribly overpriced, that's a step in the right direction. I'm guessing the reason it doesn't suck is because it's basically a Tascam product with Gibson's name stickered on it.
