Got that $140 baritone today from Rondo

Pretty impressed so far, hell any baritone that cost this little is pretty damn cool, a LP version is all the cooler. Id have prefered a set neck but.... its still a good deal.
The only downside???? Shipped with 9-42 strings on it

. Im hoping the nut will allow much bigger strings than that.

It's probably the same but used on all of the Douglas models - if not all of the brands from whatever factory. At that price point I doubt they are doing custom parts for what I imagine is a low to moderate seller.

When i got an Agile baritone it came with much thicker strings.

I was looking at the jazzmaster style baritone with p90s…. it looks really good but I can't be sure!

Yeah, it's not the purple itself that makes it look ugly. It's all that ugly hardware.

How does the neck / fretboard feel? Well made? Silky? Help me decide that buying a baritone from rondo is a good idea!

Neck and fretboard feel nice, definitely worth the money, id recommend it
