I write quite often, and this came out last night and I usually like all my poetry, but this one I'm pretty jazzed about. any comments, questions, thoughts, etc. are welcome.
She is a good girl
She never had it
Brought up on tilt o' whirls
She had to stop it
Now she's a rebel
Not a dreamer
She has a shot gun
But she ran out of shells
He's gonna get it
As soon as she screams
You're a liar
A bloody thief
You're A bloody thief
You're A bloody thief
Now there's a hole
In your heart
Dug it out with her nails
So she could stick something in it
You'll never steal from me again, she said
You'll never steal
You'll never feel this kiss again, she said
As if you even feel at all
"This ain't a conversation"
She said as she taped over his mouth
She said "I'll never let you go"
So as she took off her clothes
She stole all the blood from his bones
As she took off her clothes
She began to let him go
She is a good girl
She never had it
Brought up on tilt o' whirls
She had to stop it
Now she's a rebel
Not a dreamer
She has a shot gun
But she ran out of shells
He's gonna get it
As soon as she screams
You're a liar
A bloody thief
You're A bloody thief
You're A bloody thief
Now there's a hole
In your heart
Dug it out with her nails
So she could stick something in it
You'll never steal from me again, she said
You'll never steal
You'll never feel this kiss again, she said
As if you even feel at all
"This ain't a conversation"
She said as she taped over his mouth
She said "I'll never let you go"
So as she took off her clothes
She stole all the blood from his bones
As she took off her clothes
She began to let him go
