Probly just needs a pulldown resistor before the input cap.

this one, 2 knobber, the "lite" version http://www.fuzzhugger.com/pedal-mt-singing-tree.html

i mean, you cant really use a pedal that does that on your pedalboard can you?

Does it just happen the first time after you power up or every time?

i have a few pedals that do that, including the earthquaker devices sea machine, which i sent back for repair and it was returned with exactly the same pop. i don't think they even cracked it open. i also bought a boutique overdrive with a second circuit switch that popped, and the builder's reply to my email was oh yeah, we know about that issue. these both were brand new pedals. it's as if some builders' attitude is that we can use their pedals without switching them on and off during a song or jam.

FWIW that's not a problem with my Singing Tree Lite.

But I also use it as an always on when I use it, so.

My belle epoch pops when engaged in TB mode. Did I sell you that singing tree? Because I had the same version, sold it a month or two ago, but it didnt pop from what I remember.

I had a pedal that did this when it was in the effects loop. When I added a buffered pedal to the loop the popping noise went away.
