Got an offer for a Sovtek MIG 60 on the table

Guy is saying $400 shipped will do it. Is that about right for one of these? Looks in great shape, was recapped two years ago.

Sounds like a really fair price especially considering the recent cap job. I see the 50W models go on eBay from $450-$500 pretty regular and that's before shipping.
