NYC bigmuff pi 3 way tone mod

has anyone tried this mod of the big muff pi? seems really simple and easy.
i guess it toggles between 1.cap before sustain knob(scoop mids) 2. normal tone 3.cap after sustain knob(flat mids)
not sure if my muff has this same pcb. or what the equivalent would be for other muffs.
