I know of the DBA Echo Dream I/II and the Ibanez SS20.

Are there others?

So there are more!

I think this is all just to tide myself over for intothegroove's ECHO DEGRADER.

You could also include delays with effects loop in this list. If you have an extra fuzz/drive pedal

Endangered audio research ad4096. The repeats are kinda ring mod-y. Super dark and dirty

The Vox delaylab has one setting where the repeats are distorted..... Great pedal, but what a stupid fucking feature.....

Yep. My least favorite setting on the pedal. So blah that I moved on rather than see if any tweak of that algorithm didn't sound so stupid.

Love the beautifully distressed sound of the analog delay section of my MXR Omni with the internal trimmers surely way off factory adjustment. Some crazy beautiful un-distortion-y distortion to it. Same circuit as the 118 green delay. I should probably be worried about killing the BBD chip from abuse since they're not making any more of them.

ILF-DD isn't like fuzz or DS-1 distorted or anything, but those repeats have a character to them.

Oh, then there's the Noise Ensemble. It is a wall-of-sound distortion and an unstable delay in one. It's so over-the-top but so fun. And an easy build.

If I want grainy delays, I just turn up the record volume on the Space Echo. :)

Well, that too. And cranking the regeneration while we're at it.

On my timeline the filter/grit knob can get some pretty distorted sounding repeats.
