That's cool :thumb: and it's cool he mentioned Dan too, my Dad and him are childhood friends, he is one the nicest guy's I've ever met and really smart! he designed the volume pedal and the bass cabs for the amps they did [which were made in italy] 10 years ago as well as getting the Earthwwood bass to fuction :thumb:

This excites me. I have a HD130 2x12 and I love it. I'm also afraid the phase inverting tube may kill my amp at any time. Hopefully they'll be comparable. Vintage amps are too old and become brittle. Mine cosmetically has seen better days, but sonicly amazing.

I'm sure Ty Segall and John Dwyer are gonna pick these guys up.

Hell, this might bring up the price of the old ones. I feel that the only reason that they are so inexpensive is because most people never knew that Musicman had an amp line.

That and the weird SS per-amp design...

Pretty much right.

Although I do have a MarkBass TTE 500 here. I played bass today through it. I missed my Orange...

Markbass amps are OK, I played one for a long time. Very clean, too clean I found.
It sounded great in a jazz band context tho
