Cast your vote for one of these guitars!

This question is for anyone/everyone BUT I am particularly interested in the opinions of those who LOVE Fender instruments.
I'm NEVER going to make fender clones but I would like to add a guitar to the lineup that would hold some appeal to fender lovers.
So with that being said, which of these two guitar styles/shapes gets you excited? One of them will end up getting the Nelson treatment! (I might even do a sort of mashup between the two)
Cast your vote!!!

I like the red one because it is hollow and I love those types of pickups.

Believe it or not both of those are hollow.
Also the pickups are a moot point because the Nelson version would have Nelson pickups. ^_^

I would kill for something like the red one but with a 2 point trem *drool*

I like the second one, it reminds of sort of a cross between a Jazzmaster and a Bobkat.

My vote would be fora a mashup of sorts.
I prefer the top horn, bound/block neck and solid aluminum trem on the brown one.
I like the bound flat top, more tunomatic bridge and pick guard [and even interesting switch controls reminiscent of a jag on the red one. I also prefer the more asym body on this one. The brown body feels like an interesting merger of an asym fender horns on an SG body. I prefer the overall asym of the red one…just not a fan of the overly blobby horns, particularly the top one.

Mashup! Red pickguard, brown body carves, red body shape, f hole, 2 point trem.

Prefer the brown offset curves, would like it with trem/bridge of the red though.

Just to add to the conversation, one thing I do like about the red one is how offset the waist is. I kinda dig the asymmetry of that.

Agreed. I love just about everything about the red one. Focus group of one here, but the upper horn on the red one is just a bit blobby looking to me…and I am a sucker for a bound neck/block fret markers on the brown one.

One on the right, although I despise two volume two tone.
