Weird Deluxe Memory Man problem

Any insight on this one? I've got the big box EHX Memory Man that has been working fine. Today I plug it in and when I move the delay knob past 6 o'clock the effect completely disengages. So no long delay. Here's hoping there's some simple thing I'm missing.

Could be a bad pot or solder joint.

+1 to a bad pot. I picked up one of these and the delay AND chorus-vibrato pot didn't do anything. Replaced em (both 100KB if I remember correctly) and boom, they're back.

try reseating the chips
