Does anyone? Or sell single flatwound strings?

LaBella makes custom guitar and Bass VI sets with a huge variety of affordable single string offerings but most are nickel plated or stainless round wounds. That said, they make flatwound sets as well but I've yet to see them on the custom order page. You should shoot 'em an email and inquire, they have great customer service and would possibly be down to whip up what you need...
Circle K would be my other suggestion. Haven't tried them myself but I hear great things.

I don't think Circle K makes flats, though. I wish they did.
