POG2 has amazing tracking honestly. Even on bass. or the newer whammys (no experience but i've heard good things about the tracking)

I love the organizer. It can do some weird stuff and doesn't really do straight plain octave since its got the organ seasonings and flavors in it but thats where the fun is

AhhhH! i really want the pitchfactor for it's arpeggiator but the hog kicks it's ass on tracking. not even close.

BUT, i will probably just be doing simple chords with one or two octaves up, which the pitchfactor seems to be able to handle
rest of the time i will either just be doing leads or using that arpeggiator

anyone know how hard it is on the Pitchfactor to switch between the arp section and the pitch shift section?

Yeah, this video mirrors my own experience with the Pitchfactor. It chokes up when you try to throw any chord at it that isn't just a root + fifth. I know it does a shitload of other really cool stuff; but for just simple pitch-shifting and harmonies, it's not as polyphonic as they advertise

If you are looking for an arpeggiator, how about finding an Adrenalinn? It's the one reason I'm holding onto mine for. You can find one used pretty reasonably. $130-ish last I saw one.

Yeah i had thought about this a while back...how do u program the arp? it doesnt look like u can do it with this software unfortunately http://www.soundtower.com/adrenalinn/index2.htm

and with the pitchfactor u are at the mercy of the harpeggiator presets...

I haven't used that software…I definitely want to dig around with that later. I think you can edit the arp in the filer sequence editor?
