TR808 Reissue?

So factmag just posted this today. Not sure if its gonna be a legit reissue or a revamped product, but something is in the works anyway.

I don't think it is going to be analog like the 808, they say in the video "musicians want something new", but maybe I am wrong.

roland def doesn't have the greatest track record. also, 808 sounds are like everywhere. even some homeless dude at the library was like, "yo u want some 808 samples dawg?, i need 2.15 for the bus to saskatchewan"... i think they pass them out at soup kitchens, and thru the mail for all the suburbanites.
its way too standard, like peter frampton's alive n shit.
heres hoping its super cool w/ the capability of getting a little different flavor as well.

that video is idiotic. "let's start it off with wind in a field..."
and they're dicks for sitting on multiple 808s. people didn't start recognizing & giving a shit about 808s until WAY later. musicians don't want something new, they want the same damn thing. wake up roland, like korg did.
(and yes i have one, and it was worth every penny IMO.)
